But keep one thing in mind that you must be having enough balance in your account (in case on prepaid account) for network access and also your APN must be configured properly to browser over 3 G connections. If you have accessed internet on your device before setting up these things then you will face negligible problems, but if not then check settings of mobile network and check Use Packed Data. Actually these settings will determine the capacity of your device to access the internet with proper APN configurations.
